Project has been initiated to prevent substantial water damages to this Heritage facility, it is recommended to replace all skylight and copper roof sealants, as they appear to be in poor condition. The work also to include inspection of the existing flashings and skylight glazing seals and any failed caulking for leaks and deterioration as well as at any other roof penetrations. Replace failed flashings, seals and caulking as required .

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4.1 in RFP document. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Site. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by July 2, 2020 by 3PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
