Failure to pre-register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
    A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit.

Additional Bidding Instructions

There is a page count limit for the bid submission to this RFP. The limit of pages that will be evaluated for this project is 10 pages. Any bid response that exceeds the 10 page limit will only have the first 10 pages of the submission evaluated. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated.  BGIS will count from the first page of the Proposal and will not review any pages that exceed the limit.  Please note that cover pages and mandatory documents would be considered in the mandatory page count.
Per section 4.3.2. of the RFP Lite document: The team must be able to communicate in both official languages. The Proponent must demonstrate the bilingual capability of a minimum of one of the Key Personnel identified in section 4.5.2. Failure to demonstrate their linguistic capability in their resume(s), may result in the proposal being rejected. See section 4.3.2. of the RFP Lite for more information.
