Description

Work under this contract consist of:

Replace light source in existing house lighting fixtures with high efficiency LED.
Selective demolition of existing lighting. Existing performance lighting fixtures to removed, cleaned, packaged and returned to EMC Representative.
Complete installation of new power and data receptacles for broadcast lighting fixture.
The supply and install of rigging truss and structural supports for broadcast lighting fixtures.
New power, wire mesh cable tray and lighting for A/V Booth.
Additional penetration c/w sleeves between service room and AV booth.

1. Proponents are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register will result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

2. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the section 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the front entrance of the Sussex Pavilion at 111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com by July 3, 2020 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. Please bring safety boots, hard hat and face max is social distancing can not be maintained along with valid ID.
