Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
A requirement of the 2020/21 National Call Letter, a consultant will be required to complete a sanitary survey of the building's potable water distribution system from the municipal supply line to the entirety of consumption points in the facility in order to identify potential physical, biological and chemical contamination sources. The survey and report would meet the requirements of GCDWQ (Guidelines for Canadian Drinking Water Quality) in Areas of Federal Jurisdiction Version 2, which would include but not be limited to providing a building potable water system schematic, a review for adequacy of the system maintenance and operations including cross connections, review of past potable water monitoring data. Recommendation on corrective actions where applicable will be provided based on the survey:
