• Replace dated and damaged window coverings with new components that meets the buildings functional, aesthetic and energy needs and requirements. Replacement should include all windows in the building. Investigate possibility for increased efficiency in design. Align with Carbon Neutral Study recommendations. Complete critical windows first.

Meeting Point:
Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the security desk at 401 Burrard, Vancouver.
- Please register your attendance with Jan Dietrich at jan.dietrich@bgis.com no later than July 27, 2020 by 2:00pm to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worm by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to COVID-19 preventative measures. All individuals attending the site visit must Conduct Self Screening assessment. Anyone who is experiencing flu-like symptoms (i.e. coughing, fever, difficulty breathing) should not attend on site.
