GOC377030 & GOC1824314 CS - GOC377030 & GOC1824314 Ground Repairs & Parking Lot Resurfacing for the Entire C

GOC377030 Ground Repairs: The intention of this project is to repair various issues with the landscaping components of this facility. Some of the items to be included in this project include: Replacing all dead trees and shrubs including planters, replacing the damaged edging around tree and shrub areas, leveling the courtyard paving stones, painting railings and fencing where required.
GOC1824314 Parking Lot Resurfacing for the Entire Complex along with Line Painting: The parking lot services multiple stalls for the RCMP and the public. The lot is adjacent to the building. The project requires all new parking stalls that should have new cast-in-place concrete pavers and new traffic/stall/handicap identification lines. The current roadway/lot is comprised of an asphalt paved surface and the new surfaces will be required to meet all current codes and standards to provide a long useful life. This work currently does not include for the pedestrian walkways, however, this may be included if determined via the Investment Analysis Report (IAR).
