Description

Contractor to facilitate the replacement of the existing pneumatic actuators that will be replaced by electric actuators as per the procedures identified project issued drawings and specifications documents for this tender.
Tender is a combined amount for 4 separate projects within Buildings 6, 7, 8 and 9 with similar scopes of work for each. Contractor will carry the identified value for BAS services as provided by the Campus' contracted current service provider for BAS. See Division 25 and the Scope Of Services document included to determine the delineation of services for the purposes of tendering.
This tender has a minimum Security Clearance requirement as a condition for personnel wishing to access the site and in order to perform works within this site and under this project(s).
The successful bidder agrees that they will undertake the process at their own cost the labour associated in order to apply for and receive the site access card passes required for this Campus by using their firms Security officer and working with the DND Pass Control Security as a condition of this tender.
