Description

To provide the following electrical fit-up modifications at Blocks A, C & excluding D, ensuring new design
is in full compliance with the current National Building Code (NBC):
1. Replace all light bulbs with energy efficient LED bulbs,
2. Correct all code and seismic compliance fixture support issues,
3. Install motion detectors to control lighting fixtures in washrooms and other identified areas to optimize
usage and generate Energy Savings.

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the LA SALLE ACADEMY- 373 Sussex Dr., Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.akram@bgis.com by date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

Please meet Daniel Coutts at the main enterance of the building and wear all mandatory and appropriate PPE equipment.

Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
