Description

The Scope of work for this project includes modifications and repairs to several building envelope components. The repairs includes the roof membrane and adding / modifying the metal flashings and the sealants around the exterior of the building at joints between dissimilar cladding materials. Additional work will also include modifying roof vents on mechanical equipment as well as installing an engineered snow guard system on the roof.
This exterior work is likely to be exposed to seasonal temperatures and conditions. The contractor will be responsible for any costs associated with these conditions. No additional provisions will be awarded.
Interior work includes carpet replacement, ceramic floor repair, drywall reinstating & removal as well as repairs to the air barrier assembly in the north wall.
