The intent of this bid call is for Brookfield GIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“Brookfield GIS WSI”) to obtain offers (“Bids”) from interested and qualified parties (“Bidders”) to perform the Work required to complete LWS – Tenant Improvements / Interior Renovation located at 4th Floor, 617 Government Street, Victoria BC for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A qualified party is a company capable of performing all requirements of a CCDC-2 Stipulated Price Contract, 2008 version, Supplements thereof, 10% Bid Bond, 50% Performance and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bonds and in compliance with “Instructions to Bidders” issued with the Tender Documents.

This bid call will be administered by a two envelope tender process. Bidders will be required to submit a Technical Proposal as per the criteria detailed in Appendix “H” of the Tender Documents. The technical proposal will be evaluated and scored. Once the evaluation of all technical proposals is completed all Bidders will have their Pricing envelopes opened.

A pre-bid meeting has been arranged for General Contractors ONLY on 23rd day of February, 2016 at 10:00 AM PST(local time).

All bidders should proceed immediately to the 4th floor and will be required to sign in on arrival to confirm their attendance. A portion of this space is currently still occupied at this time, all bidders will be required to turn their phones off during the walkthrough and we will ask that all questions and discussion be held until the group gathers in a designated unoccupied area of the floor.

This bid call will be administered by a two envelope tender process.

Bidders are required to submit the Additional Appendices and Technical Proposal as per the bid evaluation criteria detailed in Appendix “H” of the Bid Documents. Only those items as detailed in bid document structure should be submitted in this envelope.

Once the evaluation of all Technical Proposals is completed, all Bidders will have their Pricing envelopes opened.

All bids are to be submitted using MERX on-line bid submission form, please ensure all items as identified in the bid documents list are signed and/or uploaded as indicated as Mandatory or as required per the Instructions to Bidders otherwise your submission could be non-compliant. If bonding is required, the successful proponent only will be required to submit the original copy of their Bid Bond to Brookfield GIS WSI before the Letter of Intent will be issued.
