PWG297623-1 - Install Access Ramp and Door Operators

Contractor requirements to provide full concrete and other construction services to implement the installation of an accessible handicap ramp and associated door operators as well as mechanical/electrical components to service the East side entrance of the Jean Talon building. Project issued tender drawings and specifications fully define the project requirements and are to be reviewed in full by any prospective contractor intending to bid.
 
All bidders interested in participating in this tender requirement must attend the mandatory job showing and must bring with them valid personal identification in order to access the site.
 
Contracting firms must at the time of tender submission review period be able to provide to Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions upon request a past projects reference abstract document identifying similar type project works performed by the Firm as proof of their ability to complete this current project requirement. Abstract will include a minimum of five (5) previous projects completed by the Firm within the past five (5) years that are similar in scope, construction value and work environment. The document will include a project reference contact name and their contact information to be contacted in order to validate the information provided within the reference abstract.
