Description

Includes but is not limited to the following:

Removal of existing ACM present in vinyl flooring;
Removal of furniture / items in area of work are to be removed by others, contractor to coordinate;
Remove associated wall base where flooring is being removed;
Provide new flooring and wall base;
Patch / repair walls/floors/ceilings where mechanical and electrical work are taking place. Make surfaces good to existing. Paint walls and ceiling colors to match existing;
Reference mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications for associated work;
Remove and replace existing floor supply grilles with new;
Remove and replace existing sidewall return grilles with new;
Provide and install new BMCS for the control and monitoring of the existing AHU, heat pump, HRVs and washroom exhaust fans;
Replace existing line voltage thermostats with new network thermostats to control the existing electric baseboard heaters;
Remove and replace existing fluorescent lighting fixtures with new LED lighting fixtures;
Provide new electrical receptacles and circuits for new BMCS.

Confirmation of intent to attend optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
