Description

In the mechanical room located in the Penthouse, the floor drains require replacement. Floor drains are corroded and causing leaks. The concrete floor slab is also delaminating in some areas and will need to be repaired. Exposed Re‐Bar on 26th floor is oxidizing due to exposure to leaks and causing concrete to crumble.

Respondents are invited to attend a mandatory job showing.

Respondents are to meet the Project Manager, Alex Savard (343-998-7565) at the Front Entrance of the R.H Coats at 100 Tunney's Pasture Drive.

Paid parking is available in Visitor Lots. Refer to the Campus Map that has been uploaded to MERX.
Respondents will be required to:

1) Provided government issued photo ID to sign in with security; and
2) Sign a mandatory Site Visitation Attendance Sheet.
3) Facial covering
COVID-19 - Social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to COVID 19 preventative measures.
