PWG432492-1 - GS Washroom Remediation

Environmental remediation contractor required.  See detailed scope of work uploaded to Merx - a summary of the work is included below.

All work to be completed between March 18th and 20th 2016.

- Mould impacted wood-frame and drywall-clad light fixture housing to be completely removed from washrooms on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 6th floors. Seven (7) washrooms are present in total.
-  Level 2 Mould abatement measures and procedures are required in each washroom.
-  The abatement contractor will need to retain the services of a licensed electrical contractor  
-  Upon completion of the mould abatement and the air clearance the contractor is required to reinstate the ceiling and conduct final construction cleaning.
- The project schedule will require multiple crews working simultaneously.
