Description

Replace exterior lighting fixtures with LED lights.
Exterior lights including 29 Pot Lights (Note 9 have been replaced) Parking lot Pole Lights, wall fixtures, canopy lighting, Canada Sign Lighting, Lights over doors on Roofs. For the pole lights consultant to include for replacement of poles and lights. Consultant to complete a structural evaluation of the pole light bases to determine if they are suitable to install these new lights or if some or all of these bases will have to be replaced as well. Consultant will also conduct existing lighting levels to use as a baseline for the design of the new lighting and as well allow for lighting level readings post construction.
