Description

Cooling tower refurbishment of EVAPCO LSTA 10-182-SN# 230340/45-499 Capacity of 113.6 L/S, 1800USGPM will need a cleaning of the inside of the cooling tower and all metal parts, using sandblasting to remove corrosion.
Once sandblasting is completed, an epoxy coating will be applied to the metal, with a flexible epoxy stripping applied to the joints to allow flexibility and prevent leaking and hot-dip galvanized steel for maximized protection against corrosion.
During the refurbishment, contractor will replace with a new fill media and eliminators constructed entirely of inert polyvinyl chloride (PVC), along with water piping and water nozzles. Furthermore, replacement of 2- 30HP motors with 117,100(CFM) with new belts and fan assembly.
CT has VFD component to ensure its covered by consultant during Design Brief.
