Description

The intent of this project is to engage a specialized landscape consultant to facilitate a comprehensive review of the hardscape pathways and entrance areas surrounding Building #10 East and West at Carling Campus in order to recommend, design and implement any necessary upgrades to the existing conditions. Due to the extensive construction activity during major fit-up, long period of dormancy and required life cycle maintenance, the hardscape areas surrounding Building 10 require immediate attention. The consultant will be required to address all concerns while maintaining applicable environmental, FLUDA and accessibility codes and regulations. The successful vendor will be required to provide a completed feasibility study and full IFC design drawing with specification by 19 March 2021 for the intent of implementation in Spring 2021.

Respondents who have pre-registered are recommended to attend an optional site meeting. Respondents are requested to meet Dave Sprung (613-862-8287) at Guardhouse #3 Entrance located at 60 Moodie Drive. Paid parking is available in parking lot “V”. Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security.
