PWG297528 - Replace Exit Lights

Provide consulting services in order to evaluate the building’s existing emergency exit signage and auxiliary emergency lighting configuration to determine if it meets the current governing code standards (ie: adequate sign coverage of floors, new signage standard,  lighting etc,). Identify any and all associated egress deficiencies and code violations during project review and make recommendations for remediation and improvement. Provide full project scale of project services from definition through to close out.
Consultant will investigate all available product options including the possibility of taking advantage of energy efficiency savings from the utilization of the advanced technologies available with current approved exit signage products.  Investigation and Review report will include a return on investment breakdown as well as a cost and energy savings analysis breakdown for each option contained within that report.
