Scope of Work/Overview:
Complete various repairs to the heritage sculpture at 4905 Dufferin Street. Repairs will include replacement of some components that cannot be repaired, adding drain holes, prevention of water infiltration, reinforcement of other components and re-installing the removed components back on to the sculpture. Consultant aslo to create a schedule of maintenance and job plan required.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Site. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by Oct 5 before 2PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
