Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 550 Sussex Dr., Ottawa, ON, from Sussex Entrance. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.akram@bgis.com by date and time specified in item 2.6.15 of the ITT to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

Bidders to meet from Sussex Entrance and required to wear all proper PPE.

Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit.
