The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions (“owner”), to obtain offers from interested and qualified construction professionals to perform the work as outlined below.
Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the construction and installation of four (4) proposed sewage disposal
systems to service the existing dwellings at 6447 19th Avenue, 10884 Ninth Line, 9768 Reesor Road, and
7636 Elgin Mills in Markham, Ontario.
We are seeking an itemized cost breakdown for the decommissioning of the existing sewage systems
and installation of the new proposed systems based on the detailed sewage system design (permit
pending) and information presented in this RFQ.

Site visit is Mandatory and it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding.

Maintenance Technician Lead (MTL) for building/facility will be available for the site visit.

Meet at Pickering Lands Site office, 5070 Sideline 22, Claremont, Ontario in the main entrance lobby and sign the site visit attendance sheet.
