Description

Replacement of approximately 2,044 square meters of cast in place concrete pavers. Investigate options for replacement such as installation of new concrete pavers or removal of pavers and installation of poured concrete decking. Investigate possibility of additional planted areas and/or courtyard redesign over the underground garage to reduce quantity of pavers and increase vegetated green space. Replacement of water proofing membrane, insulation, pea gravel and screening to be included.

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.5 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Richard Pierpoint building at 451 Talbot Street, London, Ontario. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Benoit.Raymond@bgis.com by the date identified within Section 1.5.1 of the RFP to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
