Scope of Work/Overview:
1  HAZMAT Assessment        


.1      Conduct an assessment for hazardous material prior to construction.
.2      Submit the HAZMAT assessment report to the Consultant.
.3      Ensure proper abatement procedure is followed as required throughout the Work.



2  Handrails        


.1      Supply all labour, material, supervision and incidentals necessary to install new metal handrails on both sides of the stairwell between 6th floor and penthouse level in compliance with the applicable building codes.
.2      Match the style and colour of new handrails to the existing railing provided at 2nd floor through 6th floor.
.3      Supply and install protection to finished building surfaces and components that are not affected by the Work.
