Description

The roof drain pipe on the 7th floor ceiling space leaks through to the floors below, leading to the B1 floor (South elevator lobby). This project will investigate the cause of such leaks and carry out the necessary repairs based on the findings; also investigate the condition of the insulation within the pipe chase and carry out repairs based on the findings.

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP Lite. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or itsauthorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com by date and time specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP Lite to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.

Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Mackenzie Avenue entrance of the Connaught Building at 555 Mackenzie Ave., Ottawa, Ontario. Please have face mask, work boots, and hard hat, and valid ID for the job showing.

Proponents are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register will result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
