Description

Current system is dated 1996 at the end of their life expectancy. Cooling for the entire building is primarily provided by three packaged, roof mounted chillers. Two are complete with reciprocating compressors, with a capacity of 60 tons each, and one is complete with 20 tons screw compressors. This project is for the replacement of these units.
All work must to be completed by July 30, 2021 pending confirmation of material delivery.

Event Note

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Site. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by Dec 2nd, 2020 before 2 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
