The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the statement of work.

Scope of work includes but it is not limited to:
Paint Interior Areas – Common areas including area hallways, elevator lobby areas, elevator machine rooms, boiler room, stairwells, washrooms (walls & ceiling, not the stall dividers), parkade. Walls and floor should be sealed with cement sealer.

Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the East post entrance.

Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by December 3, 2020 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the optional site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
