Description

Investigative Study was completed to resolve ongoing Reflective Pond issues at the Water Feature located at 111 Sussex Drive. The study identified two (2) options in the form of an Investigative Analysis Report. The study reviewed of the overall condition of the Reflecting Pond and included issues regarding leaks, flow issues and water circulation. The water quality is very poor and there is
a concern that Legionella (or an alternate flora) has contaminated the reflecting pond system. This Health, Safety and Environmental concerns were addressed in the study. The study also included the inspection of the Mechanical Equipment that operates the Pool System. This project will implement the issue identified in the Reflective Pond Study in order to provide an optimum level of water quality with respect to Environmental concerns.

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP Lite document. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Security desk of 111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com by the date and time specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP Lite to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.

Meet Project Manager at security desk, bring valid ID, work boots and face mask.
