Description

Work under this Contract comprises:

The disconnection, removal, decommissioning and disposal of the existing lighting fixtures and/or lamps and any part thereof as required; To supply and installation of a new lighting fixtures and lamps to match existing ambient light conditions as much as possible. Supply and installation of wiring and conduits as required to support new lighting fixtures Supply and installation of all ancillary equipment including but not limited to conduits, wires, panels, hardware and/or other material to have a complete installation. Supply and installation of supports and ancillary equipment to meet requirements of section 23 05 48.16 – Seismic Restraint Systems – Type P2 Building;
All work must be as per specifications and drawings and all applicable codes and standards;

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the LA SALLE ACADEMY- 373 Sussex Dr., Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.akram@bgis.com by date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

Meet project manager at the loading dock entrance, please bring valid ID, work boots, and face mask.
