Description

The purpose of this project is to repair the spline north of Lot M, which is considered the only spline which was not repaired due to being part of the security fencing controlled by the construction management firm during the Carling Campus project. Current conditions pose a health and safety risk given the uneven tie-in of newly repaired sections/splines. This project will take into consideration the design implemented for the other splines and match the hardscape design and tree planting to ensure a unified look throughout the Campus.

Locate Guardhouse #1 (West GH) on Site Plan posted to Merx for job showing location.
Allow at least 10 minutes for parking and security sign in. Late arrivals will not
be permitted into site.
Respondents who have pre-registered are to attend the site meeting.
Respondents are requested to meet Tarek Yakub (613-315-8450) at
Guardhouse #1 Entrance located at 60 Moodie Drive. Paid parking is available
in parking lot “V” Near Guardhouse #2. Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in
with security (if required).
COVID-19 - Social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible.
Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot
be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as
they relate to COVID 19 preventative measures.
