Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
- Replacing the existing Digital Video Recorder (DVR) system with a new system, which will include two new computers and 2 monitors per workstation (a total of 4 monitors);
- Installing four (4) additional cameras throughout the building in addition to removing and replacing the eight (8) existing cameras at the building (a total of 12 cameras);
- Replacing fourteen (14) existing electric strikes;
- Replace fourteen (14) existing door contacts;
- Replace fourteen (14) card readers;
- Replace card reader in existing freight elevator;
- Supply and install card reader in passenger elevator;
- Replace fourteen (14) request to exit devices;
- Supply and install sixteen (16) glass break detectors;
- Replace existing security access system and door access components.
- Replace three (3) Security intercom systems.
- Supply and install a protective steel fence enclosure around sprinkler system.
- Installing 14 mil impact-resistant security film on all windows to a height of 3m above grade.
- Camera system to have capability to be monitored off-site.
