Scope of work:
Contractor to perform the following work:

Follow the specifications structural review for placing new UPS on 4th floor Data Centre space. Total UPS freight weight = 2340 lbs. Provide raised floor reinforcement per project plans and specs.
Moving UPS from SSC 4250 Westbrook Mall Vancouver BC V6T 1W5 to RCMP D 1091 Portage Ave Winnipeg MB R3G 0S6

Package details:
Rack 1: Main UPS + Batteries = 1790 lbs
Rack-2: Bypass + Distribution = 550 lbs

Perform installation of UPS on 4th floor data center space by following provided specification.
Ensure to separate prices per provided price list in the tender package.

Note: Commissioning of UPS done by others.

Event Note

Mandatory Onsite Visit on Wednesday, January 6th at 09:30 AM.
Bidders must preregister via email to (Denise.Sandulak@bgis.com) by (Jan 5th 2021) to be authorized to access the site.
Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the RCMP D HQ 1091 Portage Ave Winnipeg
Security Requirements: PWGSC Reliability and RCMP FA2 (for individuals) with Company DOS.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worm by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
