Description

Work includes, but is not limited to the following:
 Install new demising walls to separate floor into two suites including enhanced security as per IRB
minimum security requirements
 Split electrical and mechanical systems as needed to separate tenants
 Add new kitchenette which will include millwork, all electrical and mechanical work related to the
additional kitchenette
Tenant space lighting and electrical upgrade

Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical
distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit. Bidders are advised that
they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by Jan 5th, 2021 to be
authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative
being refused access to the site.
