Description

Replace existing hot water boiler system with 2 high efficiency condensing boilers, new venting to existing brick chimney, new expansion tank and pump connections to existing hot water piping system.
Controls must have the capability to operate on a current building automation system. Replace breaching and heating piping systems.

All work must to be completed by July 30, 2021
