GOC1784421 CT - GOC1784421 CT - Preaction System Install Radio Room

Scope of work:
The scope of this project will include - Installation of 2" Victaulic 745 Series Pneumatic/Electric Double Interlocked Preaction System, c/w Releasing Panel, Integrated Air Compressor, and additional shutoff valve.
The system will require both loss of air pressure from an activated sprinkler, and an alarm signal from the releasing panel from cross zoned detection devices to allow water into the piping. Specific tasks will be included Removal of cap off to existing sprinkler heads and drops as these lines run through the room into the communications area; Installation of a 2" Preaction Cabinet in a location to be confirmed by BGIS.
Includes all 110V circuits; Install (2) cross zoned detection devices; The tie in of the releasing panel into the local Notifier FACP. Includes all necessary programming.
