BGIS invites qualified parties to submit proposals for the provision of Key Trade 1 services, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Roofing, on an “as and when needed” basis for projects having a value estimated at less than $100,000, excluding taxes, that BGIS performs in respect of federal buildings, facilities, and properties within the urban centres of New Brunswick as per Attachment 6 – Pricing Matrix with Building List.
This RFSO is intended to select a minimum of three (3) Vendors for each Key Trade (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Roofing) per Urban Centre to create the list of Rotation Vendors for the urban centres of New Brunswick during the Rotation Period.
