Scope of Work/Overview:
Refer to Tender drawings and specifications for detail but scope of work includes but is not limited to:

Carpet Replacement on the 7th floor.

Base bid price shall assume for working during regular business hours. Separate price shall be the additional cost to work after hours and weekends.

All work must to be completed by April 15th 2021

Note d’événement

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Site. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by January 8, 2021 before 11 AM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
