Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Taxation Building, 875 Heron Road, Ottawa ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com by date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

Please bring valid identification, hard hat, work boots, and PPE (mask). Due to Covid-19, site visits are only recommended.

Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site.
