Description

Removal of the existing lighting fixtures and wall mounted lighting switches. Cut back the wiring to the source and make safe. Dispose safe.
Supply and install new LED lighting fixtures and wall/ceiling mounted lighting motion sensors. Reuse existing lighting circuits available in the area; extend to the new location where required or provide new circuits c/w wiring/conduits to accommodate the new layout. Modify the existing T-bar ceiling and modify/provide new ceiling tiles in order to accommodate the installation of the new lighting fixtures.

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL Teleconference to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL meeting. Attendees will meet with the BGIS Representative and Prime Consultant on the call. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by Thursday, January 14 2021 2:00pm to be authorized to attend the teleconference. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and provide a Power Point presentation via email prior or during the meeting. The intent of the Power Point is to provide bidder site specific information and photos instead of an on-site walk-through. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
