Scope of work includes but it is not limited to:
The intent of this project is to replace the outdoor plants with drought resistant, native ones to support efforts to be environmentally responsible by reducing water consumption. There is an existing irrigation system and its use should be reviewed and included in the design. There are 7 planters that would require new landscaping.
