GOC1960941 CT - GOC1960941 Contractor - AC Compressor Failure for the Essential System

Work of this Contract comprises the replacements of two cooling coils and one failed compressor of Chiller C2 and Chiller C3 for RCMP “K” Division Headquarters building located in Edmonton, Alberta. The Chillers are located on the roof of the facility.
The specific unit #3 - with building code GOC01839-25-110-000003 - Name under ESS AIR COOLED CHILLER 3 and located in Southeast corner of the main building.  The compressor failed due to regular tear and wear and operated over 107,000 hours of runtime.
The project will perform the following scope for both C2 and C3:

1. Lock Out Tag Out Chiller Refrigerant
2. Recovery (High Pressure) for Chillers Remove Compressor Air Cooled
3. Acid Test-Install New Suction Drier Shell
4. Replace Compressor (Electrical Failure) Scroll, Screw, Recip
5. Nitrogen Leak Check
6. High Pressure and Evacuate System after Repair
7. Connect Compressor Wiring
8. Charge Recip System (High Pressure)
1. Remove Lock Out Tag Out, restore to Normal Operation
10. Complete Refrigerant Charge, Log Unit after Repair
11. Clean Up After Compressor Replacement
