Description

THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Assess feasibility and provide design for refugee processing area at St. Stephen and Woodstock, NB border crossings. This will include ground survey, design and layout for all of the temporary infrastructure (temporary buildings, water, sewage, etc.) and details on how to incorporate any existing infrastructure and/or add new elements depending on feasibility. Upon approval of the feasibility report, plans, specification, and construction phases to follow. Both projects will be awarded to the lowest combined bidder.
