This is only a notice of an upcoming solicitation opportunity, there is no additional information
(technical or non-technical) available at the present time. It is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), a
call for tenders, and offer to contract, or any form of legally binding agreement. BGIS is not required
to call for tenders, request proposals or award any contracts pursuant to this notice.

Upgrade two passenger hydraulic elevators serving floors 1 to 4 and one freight elevator serving the parkade to level 5 (penthouse). All three elevators are hydraulic, and the scope of work includes replacement of the hydraulic cylinders for the freight elevator and one passenger elevator.
