Meet Matthew Dupre at the Guard Hut, Safety Boots or Shoes must be worn, Face Mask, Photo Id required.

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager (Matthew Dupre) at 1 Haanel Road, Nepean, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the pre-registration deadline on this MERX notice before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site
