Description

Work under this Contract comprises:
Of replacing all lighting fixtures with suitable LED lighting fixtures. As indicated in the following sections.Loading Dock area replacing all ‘T8’ fluorescent fixture (approximately 8 quantities) with new surface mount 8’ LED vapor proof fixtures with an IP65 rating, keeping an existing control system.
Courtyard exterior & Stairwells. To replace all (23 quantities) stair/step lights with new LED wall recessed fixture, keeping existing control system.

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Cafeteria LaSalle Academy, 373 Sussex Ottawa On. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com by January 29, 2021 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

Please have work boots, hard hat, face mask and valid ID for the job showing. Meet the Project Manager at the cafeteria at La Salle Academy.

Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidder's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
