Description

The Mechanical Composting Unit Supplier must supply, install and support commissioning of the mechanical composting unit in a specific location identified for the JGD building. Mechanical Composting Unit Supplier must provide proper drainage and ventilation for this unit. Electric source will be provided to the compost unit by a certified Electrician.
The Mechanical Composting Unit Supplier must purchase and supply only a second composting unit and stored in the same location where the first compost unit is to be installed.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Front Entrance John G Diefenbaker 111 Sussex Ottawa ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com by February 1, 2021 before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

Please meet Project Manager at the front entrance at 111 Sussex, bring a face mask and work boots, along with valid id.
