Description

The Consultant will be responsible for reviewing the current client's requirements, investigation, design (33%, 66%, 99% and 100%) review package drawings and implementation. Budgets starting at 66% until the package is ready for construction tender, schedules up-dated at each project milestones and consultant meeting for reviews and coordination. Bi-weekly meetings required with consultants including records of discussions. Allowance for printing hard copies and deliveries to ome offices should be included. and implement the project for the modernization of the 4th floor at 140 Promenade du Portage.

Additional Bidding Instructions

BGIS would like to bring your attention to the following section of the RFP Lite. There is a page count limit for the bid submission to this RFP. The limit of pages that will be evaluated for this project is 9 pages. Any bid response that exceeds the 9-page limit will only have the first 9 pages of the submission evaluated.
3.3.1. Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Proposal and will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Please note that cover pages and mandatory documents would be considered in the mandatory page count.
