This Fit-Up project consists of updates to three existing rooms, a storage room, interview room, and meeting room, within the CBSA space of the Yarmouth Government of Canada Building. Updates to each room will serve to increase security and ensure compliance with CBSA standards.

Confirmation of intent to attend optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
