PWG304408-CT - Parking Lot Overlays

The intent of this project is to address the longevity of the parking lots surfaces within parking lots W, X and Y within the parking asset, of NDHQ Carling Campus, Ottawa.  Each of the three lots was assessed and determined to require corrective repaving of the asphalt, isolated replacement of curbs and sidewalks.  As outlined in the consultant’s drawings and specifications, the parking lot surfaces require remedial action since ponding, cracking and deterioration are evident.
