GOC3450488 CS - GOC3450488 - CS - Millwork in 5 Areas

Scope of Work/Overview:
1) Reception area - remove/demolish the built in reception desk in entirety (a free-standing reception desk will be designed and either purchase a prefab unit or fabricated by a millworker as a replacement);
2) Washroom - replace the existing vanity and two drawers with a new structure. (sink will remain as it is new last fiscal). Replace or re-surface the bench and shelving unit in the shower area.
3) Managers Office - remove the counter-top and below shelving in entirely (approximately 12 feet) and build a smaller counter top to cover a safe and one cupboard (approx. 4 feet). A sit stand desk will be incorporated and client already has procured. Carpet has been replaced and runs under the current millwork.
4) Kitchen - either re-surface or replace the entire counter-top. Sink, upper cabinets and below shelving will remain.
5) Large Boardroom - re-surface the counter-tops on either side of large cupboard (approx. 13 feet in total). Cabinets to remain as is.
6) Replace window coverings in 11 offices with roller
shades - 37 shades in total.
