This Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) is an advisory to the industry for the upcoming two-phase procurement approach (Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT)) that BGIS will be issuing for a General Contractor to provide construction services for the C.D. Howe Concrete Slab Repairs at 240 Sparks St, Ottawa, Ontario.
